Exchange / Return Policy
Terms and Conditions
We will issue and exchange or refund within 10 days of your delivery date. All items must be in brand new condition. Footwear boxes must be returned in a larger cardboard box to avoid damage to our shoe box. If items or packaging are returned damaged, your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. In order to do an exchange, you must first email us to be assigned a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. If you choose to receive a credit, your credit card will be credited within 3 days of return. Only items purchased via this website can be returned/exchanged via this website. If you purchased your item in a retail location, you will have to contact the retailer directly. All Sale items are final. No returns on sale.
The shipping costs for the returns and exchanges should be paid by the buyer, unless stated otherwise.
